No. Bought gigabytes remain on your account until an upload spends them.

How long does the gallery stay live?
Twelve months from upload are included. You can extend selected deliveries after that period.

What happens when I delete a file?
Its client links stop working. Credits are returned when deletion happens within the 30-day wrong-export window.

What can I upload?
MP4 or MOV video, plus JPEG, PNG, HEIC and WebP photos. Momentlane creates the streaming and display versions.

Can clients download everything?
Yes. We prepare a private archive and email the link. The archive link is temporary; if it expires, request a fresh one from the gallery. The gallery itself remains available for as long as the uploaded delivery does.

Does Momentlane appear in the client gallery?
No. The viewer uses your studio name, logo and contact details on every plan.
